Lydia Put

Lydia graduated from the 3000-hour massage therapy program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC.  She practiced in BC for 6 years before moving to Moose Jaw and becoming registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan in 2016.

Lydia's post-graduate studies have focused on myofascial release of the shoulder and low back, myofascial cupping, and treatment for TMJ (jaw) dysfunction.  She prefers to incorporate a variety of techniques in each treatment including deep tissue massage, joint mobility, passive stretching, and Swedish massage.

Lydia treats several muscular conditions including headaches, overuse injuries, low back/hip pain, joint/fascial restrictions, sprains/strains, work related accidents and whiplash. Along with treating muscular injuries and chronic issues, Lydia believes in utilizing massage therapy for ease of pregnancy, preventative care, and well being.
